These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on PetitHeros for personalized books.
PetitHeros offers personalized books for children. Each book is created to order based on the information provided (name, age, preferences) and uploaded photos.
Prices are in EUR including taxes and are those displayed on the /books page and at checkout. PetitHeros may update prices at any time without affecting already paid orders.
Payment is processed via the secure Stripe platform. Accepted methods include cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
The customer creates a preview, selects a format, provides delivery details, and pays. The order is confirmed upon payment and processed immediately.
PDF version: sent by email to the address provided at checkout.
Printed book: free shipping within the European Union. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. A tracking email is sent on dispatch.
These are personalized goods. Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.
Orders are processed immediately, therefore no cancellation is possible after payment.
Refunds are available only if the printed book arrives damaged. A photo of the damage is required. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Book content (texts, design, generated illustrations) is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for private use only. Commercial use or resale is prohibited without written permission from MENTAT.
