- Photos: encrypted on our servers in Germany (EU) and deleted automatically within 48 hours
- Emails: kept indefinitely unless you unsubscribe
- Order and billing data: kept for 10 years (legal obligation)
- Browsing data: based on cookie settings and consent
5. Photos of minors
Photos of minors are encrypted and stored on secure servers in Germany (European Union), in full GDPR compliance. They are used only to create the personalized book and are automatically and permanently deleted within 48 hours. We never share photos with third parties. You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions.
